This custom built suite is elevated amidst the canopy of the ancient cedars on the 3.6 acre property. 750 square feet of modern living includes a full kitchen, an open living/dining area, a full bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. It also includes a downstairs laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, freezer and a large wrap-around deck. It comes fully furnished, and includes high speed internet. There are two trails to nearby Chesterman and Cox Bay beaches so you don’t have to drive to surf.

Ideal for a working couple or small family who can work remotely, for a writer’s retreat or if you want to a getaway to improve your surfing, this is a secluded private spot. Please note this is not a vacation rental, it is a four month lease from January- end of April 2025. No subletting or vacation rentals allowed and no parties please. The owners will be present on site.
